Yeah, it's depressing. You actually probably read more American news than I do these days.... It just feels like having a conscience and an opinion that in any way contradicts the status quo is more of a liability than an asset these days, even if it is popular in WMA. I think it's because most people feel so powerless (myself included) and hence don't really want to hear much more about it (myself sometimes included). Damn, I sound jaded and OLD.
