Exercising these days away

I went running tonight for the first time in a while. 40 minutes out running in Gyoda felt so good. Maybe my legs will hate me tomorrow, but it feels good for now.

Considering Shinshukan's 12K "marathon" is coming up and I'm running in it, this should hopefully become a regular occurrence.

Oh, boy--you're running again, eh? So, do they have what we would call real HILLS where you are or are you going to suffer through 12K of flat, boring, torture?

Hey, I am impressed; the last time I went out for a run (like a year ago) I only lasted 25 minutes and my entire body hated me the next day. Kerrie asked me a month or two back if I was going to train for the Shelburne Falls 10K for next summer, and admittedly I laughed. Then I realized she was asking a serious question. Then I felt like a lazy bastard. :-)
