Nice job, meathead

Today I participated in a friendly arm-wrestling match with a student in hopes of getting him to do his work.

I got my ass kicked, not only assuring that he would never again do his work, but also handing myself an injured wrist.

Hahaha! That's why I always saved the arm wrestling challenge technique for the weak kids.

Well, I would never actually challenge a student to an arm-wrestling match by myself. It was his idea, which in retrospect meant that probably he knew he'd beat me.

Also in retrospect, I keep thinking I must've been doing something wrong with my position or something (arm-wrestling newbie that I am) to lose so easily. I'm bigger than him!

Well, don't know if it'll work or not, but I think you're only option is to now challenge him to something equally "respectable" that you know you'll beat him at. That or just smugly accept that fact that even though he beat you, you still get to give him whatever grade he deserves.
